Proman | GPO es una empresa mexicana filial del Holding Suizo-Alemán Proman, líder mundial en la producción de metanol y amoniaco.

El Superintendente de Logística responde ante el Gerente de Operaciones de Planta de Proman GPO y es el responsable profesional de todos los aspectos de la gestión del área Logística de Proman GPO. El Superintendente de Logística es responsable de mantener y garantizar una función logística que sea receptiva, eficaz, eficiente, precisa, cumpla los requisitos operativos y mitigue los riesgos.

El Superintendente de Logística opera dentro de las políticas de la Empresa para obtener resultados económicos positivos para todas las unidades de negocio sin aumentar el riesgo operativo, normativo o de reputación. Se espera que el Superintendente de Logística cumpla en todo momento el propósito de la estrategia y la visión de Proman y se esfuerce por mejorar la cadena de valor de Proman GPO.

Proman | GPO is a Mexican company and subsidiary of the Swiss-German holding Proman, a global leader in methanol and ammonia production.

The Logistics Superintendent is accountable to the Plant Operations Manager - Proman GPO, and is the professional head for all aspects of the Logistics Management for Proman GPO. The Logistics Superintendent is responsible for maintaining and ensuring a logistics function that is responsive, effective, efficient, accurate, meets operational requirements and mitigates risk.

The Logistics Superintendent operates within the policies of the Company to deliver positive economic outcomes for all Business Units without increasing operational, regulatory or reputational risk. The Logistics Superintendent is expected to deliver on the intent of the Proman Strategy and Vision, at all times, and strive to improve the Proman GPO Value Chain.

a) FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

• Inglés B2
• Licenciatura en ingeniería Química, Ingenieri Industrial  o Gestión de las operaciones logísticas.
• Se valorarán los títulos de posgrado en Gestión de las operaciones logísticas.
• Un mínimo de quince (15) años de responsabilidad progresiva con resultados cuantificables en negociación, administración y/o gestión de las operaciones logísticas.

b) CERTIFICACIONES Y LICENCIAS

• Certificado en Gestión de las operaciones logísticas

c) CONOCIMIENTOS

• Regulaciones Gubernamentales y Estatales de México, Estándares de la Industria, Códigos y Mejores Prácticas en áreas Industriales
• Operaciones, equipos y mantenimiento de plantas de proceso.
• Gestión de proyectos en la industria petroquímica 
• Gestión presupuestaria y financiera
• Ley Federal del Trabajo de México
• Leyes Federales de Seguridad en México

• Sólidas habilidades interpersonales para lograr un entorno de trabajo armonioso.
• Altamente automotivado, autodirigido y atento a los detalles.

• Gran capacidad para elaborar informes técnicos.
• Capacidad de análisis, solución de problemas y resolución de problemas con capacidad para tomar decisiones acertadas.
• Buena capacidad de mediación y negociación

a)         EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• English B2
• Undergraduate degree Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Logistics Operations Management..
• Post-graduate qualifications in Logistics Management.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in Logistics negotiation, administration and/or management.

b) CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES

• Certificate in Logistics Management.

c) KNOWLEDGE

• Mexico’s Government and State regulations, Industry Standards, Codes and Best Practices in industrials.
• Process plant operations, equipment and maintenance.
• Project management in the petrochemical industry 
• Budget and financial management
• Mexico’s Federal Labor Laws
• Mexico’s Federal Safety Laws
